1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle from 369 Transport, the renter and any authorized drivers must meet the following criteria:

2. Booking, Rates, & Payments
Pricing Transparency: All rental rates quoted on our platform are flat-rate or explicitly detailed at checkout. We do not apply hidden fees or surprise surcharges at vehicle drop-off.
Payment Capture: Payment details are handled through our secure online reservation engine. A authorization or holding deposit may be placed on your payment card at pickup.

3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

4. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policies
Location: Unless otherwise arranged, all vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs occur at our physical business address: 200 S Andrew’s Ave Suite 504 #1014, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same level of fuel it possessed at pick-up (e.g., [Insert Fuel Policy, e.g., Like-for-Like or Full-to-Full]).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
